As Operations Manager you will be accountable for the operation of the site, and specifically for the Health Safety and well being of the staff, the quality of the products to the required service levels and the management of the environmental impact. As Operations Manager you will provide leadership for the sites senior team in defining and supporting the delivery of the site strategic plan.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for operational performance of the site by completing the following:
• To ensure all health, safety and environmental legislation and regulations are complied with in order to maintain site integrity.
• To deliver site budget and effectively manage and minimise costs.
• To deliver all relevant quality KPI's in relation to customer requirements, in order to meet statutory obligations and industry best practice.
• Delivery of customer service targets as specified by customers in order to maintain and develop business-trading relationships.
• To ensure all financial controls are in place and operating.
• To create a working environment where both the needs of individuals and the business are being met.

Who we're looking for
• Managing major capital projects and senior management teams.
• Strong leadership, and particularly able to demonstrate ability to coach and support managers to accept delegated accountability through empowered leadership.
• Organisational design and development.
• Change management initiatives.
