International Sales Manager

The International Sales Manager will call on customers across Europe and Asia to develop relationships and sales opportunities. The key responsibilities will be to:
• Promote and sell Ameriforge products and services to European & Asian Aerospace and Energy customers.
• Manage the sales process.
• Develop and provide data on markets, customers and competitors in the region.
• Execute the sales strategy and increase market share.
• Improve sales and manufacturing response time by communicating product and program information between operations leaders and customers.
• Provide excellent customer support
• Handle related record keeping promptly and accurately (i.e., RFQ, Win Lose ratio, expense reports, weekly sales report and related matters.
• Introduce products, services to generate sales in Aerospace and Energy customers through professional networking, technical presentations, conferences, and cold-calling.
• Prepare and submit quotations, complete and submit tenders and bids.
• Coordinate qualification process approval for international customers.
• Team with inside sales, operations planning, technical experts, pricing managers and producing facilities to develop and meet sales and business objectives, and assure customer satisfaction

Who we're looking for
The role of International Sales Manager will require specific commercial and industry experience including but not limited to:
• Extensive experience of various manufacturing processes such as PrecisionMachining, Welding, Forging, Casting and Fabrication.
• Extensive Sales & Marketing experience in the Aerospace and Energy sectors.
• A proven-record of International business and the ability to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of supply chains within customers such as Rolls Royce, Siemens, GE, Pratt & Whitney, Goodrich and SAFRAN.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and IT literate.
• Fluency in English, additional languages will be an advantage.
• Commercially aware with understanding of P & L and margins.
• Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines.
• The role will be based in the UK or mainland Europe.
