Business Development Manager

Reporting to the management team you will have overall responsibility for developing new business sales, developing the value of existing customers and ensuring that our sales process and strategy is implemented.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a history of new business sales success, be proactive, able to work independently and well as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about pushing new ideas, keen to show initiative and highly motivated.
Full training and support will be provided to support this role.

Who we're looking for
• relevant years sales experience with previous knowledge in IT. Ideally web development but this is not essential.
• Proven and demonstrable track record in new business sales
• Experienced in sales planning, forecasting and lead generation
• Strong sales skills, opening, negotiating, listening, closing, probing and matching the customer's needs.
