In this stand alone position you will be responsible for the full people strategy for the site, partnering with senior managers to align the HR strategy to that of the wider business. You will look at succession planning and talent mapping, organisational design and development, employee engagement and change management. You will be able to handle confidential and sensitive people issues in a timely manner, however, there are specialist you can call on for employee relations, recruitment and training and development.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to work in a stand alone capacity having made a logical route up the HR career ladder and have worked for big brands.
You must have good academics and be CIPD qualified and ideally from a manufacturing background.
