Working for my client you would be providing unrivalled customer services to my clients, clients delivering prompt, effective and professional management of orders and enquiries. To maximise sales opportunities by exploring the customer's needs and applying a solution focussed approach, through to a successful conclusion.
* Personally providing and exceptional level of customer service
* Outbound contact with customers to generate and maximise sales
* Prompt management of customer queries and orders
* Effective management of customer complaints, ensuring the last impression is lasting

Who we're looking for
* Have worked in a telphonesales environment
*Workingtowardssales KPI's
Proficient in Microsoft office Products
* Ability to absorb and adherer to set politicises and procedures
* Proficient in providing excellent customer service and up selling through outbound calling
