You will join a small HR team responsible for 300 employees nationally. Based in London you will be required to design and execute the strategic HR direction of the company. You will be responsible for junior members of the team with 2 direct reports.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have worked within the Building, Property or Construction industry and have experience as an HR Manager. They will have a notice period of less than a week or be available immediately. Experience in Compensation and Benefits would be looked upon favourably.
