Audit Supervisor

• Supervise a team of 3-4 on audit reviews across Europe, manage the work required for various planned projects and review the reports written
by the team.
• Ensure audit recommendations are practical and commercially viable
• Work closely with the European Internal Audit Manager, Senior Management, the global Internal Audit function, key suppliers and external auditors
• Ensure continuous improvement of audit methodologies, templates, instructions and documentation.
• Assist in preparing the final audit reports and support the European Internal Audit Manager in further developing the function.
• Evaluate internal financial reporting controls

Who we're looking for
• Degree educated and ACA/ACCA/CPA (or overseas equivalent) qualified from a top 10 Practice firm.
• Proven ability to flourish and be successful in a multi-cultural, global environment.
• Able to build and leverage key relationships across the business to influence change.
• A clear team player who is proactive, adaptable and affable and able to lead from the front
• Able to ensure internal controls remain robust in a changing environment.
• Comfortable to travel up to 40%
