Temp ⁄ £50,000 - £55,000 p.a. (pro rata for 6 months depending on experience) - can also be on a day rate basis (£230 per day approx)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ER Specialist to work on a project for a high profile retailer for a 6 month period initially. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing ER policy and procedures for a new distribution centre with 750 employees. Dealing with complex ER cases and liaising with unions.

Who we're looking for
- An experienced ER Specialist with experience in a logistics/distribution environment greatly advantageous
- Experience in a unionized environment essential
- High levels of UK Employment knowledge as well as comprehensive knowledge of complex ER cases
- Ability to draft and review ER policy and processes
- Experience with TUPE also an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to hit the ground running and apply previous experience to the role directly
