Regional Sales Manager - Energy Drinks

As a Regional Sales Manager you will have full responsibility for a team of 10 sales people. Your team will be creating business within retail outlets and will be required to find new opportunities as well as developing existing accounts. You will need to network extensively within your industry as well as developing and training the people within your team. This business is expanding internationally so any top performers will be considered for promotions within the business.

Who we're looking for
You will need to have worked within the FMCG sector to be considered for this role. Experience within the branded drinks industry would give you a distinct advantage, although is not essential.This is a man-management role,so a proven track record of success is required with a real flair for people management, as well as being a natural leader and achiever who and possess a can-do attitude. Ultimately we are looking for someone who is a hands on individual, brand-led and seeking an opportunity within a highly dynamic fast-paced business.
