Head of Learning and Development

As the Head of Learning & Development you will be responsible for leading, designing, developing and implementing best practice learning and development strategy.You will develop the organisational capability and improve performance to meet current and future business requirements. By contributing to the evaluation and development of the overall HR strategy and taking an active role in the formation and communication of the annual HR business plan, you will integrate delivery of L&D services with HR information systems and ensure compliance with mandatory training needs.

Who we're looking for
• Strong technical knowledge of training needs analysis, management development, succession planning and workplace learning.
• A demonstrable track record in developing and implementing HR strategy, leadership and talent management programmes.
• Experience in delivering complex education/change programmes.
• Strong project and people management skills
• Experience of leading / managing IiP accreditation at corporate level in sizeable organisation.
