As the Regional HR Advisor your base will be Leicester 2 days a week and out on the field at least 3 days per week. You will provide generalist HR support to managers and staff whilst supporting business objectives. This role will be the operational interface between HR and your business unit. It is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Officer/ Advisor to effectively partner a business with responsibilities including;
• Advise managers on employment legislation and support them on leading initiatives in recruitment, employee relations and organisational development.
• Work with the L&D department to drive and develop succession planning, talent management and performance review processes.
• Support employee engagement within the workplace
• Utilise HR Management information to identify people management requirements and performance issues - and advise managers accordingly.

Who we're looking for
The successful Regional HR Advisor will have previous experience of working within a multisite role at an Advisory level, preferably with at least 200 employees within your remit. You will be CIPD qualified or have the equivalent experience and have an excellent understanding of employment law and HR practices. The ideal candidate will have experience of change management, including redundancy, TUPE and restructuring.
You must be flexible to travel across the UK.
