As a Training Manager within the Distribution centre you will be collaborating with the head office L&D team to create an L&D strategy on a site of up to 1000 employees. You will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of training workshops for all employees and responsible for employee development frominduction to management level.

Who we're looking for
• An L&D professional with experience collaborating with a central L&D team and experience in coordinating external courses such as NVQs and ILMs. You must have recent experience delivering training to operational staff, ideally within a Distribution environment.
• Preferred experience is a candidates with start up experience of setting up an L&D function and managing an L&D team. Based within Derbyshire you must live within a reasonable commute of the depot.
• CVs considered must have within work history, tangible evidence of evaluating the commercial benefit your training has had on organisations.
