This successful retail company is looking for a commercialOnline Trading Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for: • Managing the E-Commerce website business to deliver sales, margins, costs and profit targets to support the companies business plan • Lead, manage and motivateamedium team of specialist individuals. You will lead on website growth and its visitation, functionality, service levels, conversion and appeal to the wider audience. • You will seek out and retain technology partners to help growth • Driving customers to other areas of the wider business • You will manage sales, profit, visitation, conversion, average basket, cost of acquisition, ROI, marketing campaigns and budgets • Managing relationships across internal teams such as marketing, buying and operations. You will also manage external partners.
