Operations Manager

Reporting to the UK Operations Leader the Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Full compliance with all regulatory requirements, with specific emphasis on Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
- The Manager will focus on quality, service, absence and plant performance as well as delivery of Good Manufacturing Practice.
- The role is responsible for providing managerial, people and technical leadership for performance focus, and change leadership to embed the Company culture.
- The role is one of resilience and tenacity with the ability to deliver results on time, cost and quality.
- The role requires an individual who has a proven track record in operational and manufacturing environment.

Who we're looking for
- Have the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
- Continuous process Improvement experience with the ability to Coach and Mentor the Team
- Motivate and Control staff and their performance
