VAT Assistant Manager - In House Tax - Reporting to the Head of Tax you will be responsible for:

• VAT compliance for UK and overseas companies. This includes coordinating the completion and submission of VAT returns, Intrastate reports, European Sales Listings and Duty returns.

• Specifically, the scope of this role involves global VAT registrations the group and UK based subsidiary companies as well as UK VAT registration of non-UK based subsidiaries and joint ventures.

• Additionally, analysis of base data is required, particularly with respect to duty in order that cost saving opportunities can be identified and so that processes can be made more efficient.

• technical advice on VAT and Duty matters,

Who we're looking for
You should have proven track in Vat gained for a In House VAT role or from the Professional Services.
