Reporting to the Head of Regional Business Controlling and Distribution Europe - Prepare a consistent monthly, quarterly and Year End Regional Package reporting - Further development of Retail Controlling to challenge and support distribution decisions/ scenarios, as well as daily business - Performing financial and business analysis to assist and challenge local Management - To monitor the controlling process so that every decision-maker can act in accordance with agreed objectives. - Identifying and evaluating the variation of Key Performace Indicators in order to challenge and support local management - Coordination and Implementation of pricing strategy and Margin policy in Europe - Together with the Head of Regional Controlling Manage the 'operational' budget and forecast process - Challenge and support local management on F&A matters. - Clear understanding of operational needs of the markets and financial implications to support entrepreneurial recommendations to VPO. Set priorities and define most important needs. - Present monthly results in a focused and concentrated way to VPO and prepare monthly discussions with countries accordingly. - Together with the Head of Regional controlling ensures smooth running of the budget process in close collaboration with the F&A managers and the business leaders
Who we're looking for
University Degree in Economics or Business Administration is required as well as some experience in related jobs/areas in the retail business. The candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of controlling and financial accounting (international accounting standards required) and analytical, process oriented, with strategic thinking abilities. You will have strong skills in project management, analyzing infos and managing processes.
