Insight Analyst

Temp ⁄ Up to £40,000 pro rata to length of the assignment or the equivalent on an hourly rate.

The role will require you to:
-Run & evolve monthly insight reports for the 3 categories
-Share, distribute and present insight reports amongst internal and external commercial teams
-Analyse Nielsen EPOS and Panel data creating actionable insights
-Respond to ad hoc data queries, supplying commercial teams with more detailed analyses & insights upon request
-Assist with in store merchandising suggestions and recommendations

Who we're looking for
In order to be successful with this position you will need to have the following skills and be available to start on short notice and commit to the full length of the assignment (minimum of 6 months):
-Strong competency in Nielsen answers(or similar) for desktop is key
-Day to day usage of metrics supplied by both retailer scanned and panel data
-A background working with grocery retailers
-Excel & Powerpoint skills
-Nielsen spaceman user experience<BR>-Knowledge of retail EPOS systems, such as Tesco Link, SID, Asda Retail link, MSD would be beneficial
