Insurance Product Manager

To support the Business Manager and Head of Insurance in the delivery of the growth and profitability objectives of thebank by meeting the needs of theshopper.
This role holder will significantly contribute to the achievement of all the business goals for their product(s), with specific focus on driving the portfolio performance and monitoring all product KPIs necessary to deliver the product P&L and objectives.

Who we're looking for
• Experience in a product management, product development, relationship management or a marketing role within a relevant financial services environment.
• Project experience in significant cross functional projects is essential.
• Good communication skills with proven understanding of the value of research and analysis in understanding customer needs and expectations.
• The ability to operate and influence at senior levels (including internal and external forums) is essential, with the ability to present complex business cases.
• Strong budgetary and cost management experience.
• Strong numerical and problem solving ability, in particular an ability to interpret MI and analyse root cause of performance issues.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
