My client is looking to recruit a proactive generalist HR Advisor to support the senior management team in a blue collar environment. The role will support team leaders and operational managers inTyneside and will have a bias towards systems and process implementation as well as commercial projects to develop HR practises. This role will suit someone looking to progress their career to management level as the successful candidate will get plenty of exposure and development.

Who we're looking for
- Evidence of managing employee relations issues
- Previous experience in a blue collar environment
-Strong HR systems experience-
