The role of a Business Support Manager to work out of the head office based in West London will consist of:
• Looking after the Retail Support Team-all external communications/intranet/store queries
• Looking after the Sales Support Team-deliveries/account support/partner support
• Looking after the Consumer Support Team-customer complaints/social networking sites
• Managing all the DC/Administration support
• Being responsible for the delivery of a high quality partner/customer interaction service
• Facilitating the support services to the company in terms of Stores/Franchises and Wholesale partners
• Optimising processes, guidelines and bridging the gap between the commercial and finance functions

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a great people manager who inspires and motivates and can demonstrate commitment to team development. You must have process and project management with logical and structured organisation skills, have the ability to network internally and externally and be a problem solver so someone who can think through any problem and identify all the possible unknowns. B2B and B2C experience is required.

Our client is a leading Jewellery retailer who is well established in the market. The signify quality, prestige and are at the top end of the market, of their niche, in terms of the customer base they cater to. They over 200 stores and also operate internationally. You will required to go into West London as their Head Office is based there.
