Territory Sales Manager

Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new business across independent gyms, retail stores and sports clubs. You will be the first point of contact for all accounts; inspiring and educating all levels of people about the brand and products. You'll have strong communication skills, ingenuity and decisiveness. Liaising with managers and staff, you're passion and motivation will influence and drive business - increasing sales.

Key responsibilities include: -
• Journey planning
• Ensuring weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI's are met.

• Attend sales meetings.

• Implement POS, merchandising and display guidelines.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally be of graduate calibre and must be passionate about the sports industry. You will need to be a self starter and able to use your own initiative showing a real passion for 'making it happen'. As a person, you will need to be a confident, assertive communicator, have the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels and possess excellent presentation and IT skills. It is important that you have the ability to work on your own as this role will involve large amounts of travel.
