Retail Performance Consultants (RPCs) provide one-to-one support to the Joint Venture Partners (JVPs), or store managers, of this well-known optical chain, enabling them to develop and implement practical solutions to key performance issues and objectives in their stores. RPCs assist JVPs in the development of bespoke store business plans that are aligned to both regional and international business strategies.

Who we're looking for
Some experience of "optical retailing" is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent communication, inter-personal and influencing skills.
You will have a track record of growing sales, managing costs and maximising profitability. Visibility to financial planning and forecasting will be beneficial in this role. You will of had exposure to implementing customer service strategies based on feedback from: mystery shoppers, customer satisfaction surveys and customer feedback programmes. If you have successfully led teams in a "Blue Chip" environment that has a strong operational bias and have implemented change management techniques, had succession planning and performance management exposure, then this role will get the most out of your skills! Where you live is not important but your fit to the team is. If you have worked a multi-site role and are looking for a professional edge this role will excite! If you are currently working in a large store format as the General manager and want to step into a multi-site role this may be the move for you!
