As the Compliance Manager for my client's successful business in the Isle of Man you will work closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure the delivery of world class compliance support for the full range of regulated activities carried out by my client's local business.
In addition, key accountabilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance on compliance and regulated risks associated with the activities carried out by the business on the island.
- Act as technical generalist and provide compliance training and support to the rest of the business.
- Produce written compliance reports and give presentations to the management committee on compliance issues.
- Implement compliance policies and analyse the impact of the business of those policies.
- Liaise with the compliance functions in other offshore jurisdictions (Jersey, Guernsey) to ensure best business practice is carried out.

Who we're looking for
Applications are invited from candidates already working in the Isle on Man or who are genuinely committed to relocating to the island.
In addition, the Compliance Manager will:
- Have a proven track record within the compliance sector.
- Ideally have a strong relationship with the regulator on the island.
- Have previous exposure working in a financial services business.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
