• Work with Direct Marketing, Data Services and other teams to plan and prioritise data usage to optimise the benefit tocharity and protect the supporter experience<BR>• Plan, co-ordinate and build all Direct Marketing data selections ensuring they are accurate and well targeted to optimise income • Build and run data selections for Trading, Community Fundraising, Legacy Marketing, High Value Relationships, External Communications and other departments as requested • Produce data processing briefs to ensure that supporters receive the appropriate communication and that data integrity is maintained • Be responsible for ensuring that data is used in accordance with DMA, Data Protection and other statutory and industry sector approved guidelines • Work closely with the Database Analyst and Senior Direct Marketing Officer to ensure that data fulfilled out-of-house is transferred to our own database accurately and without error • Day to day liaison with IT and Data Services regarding donor data and systems • Work with IT, Data Services, Direct Marketing and external suppliers to utilise the most appropriate systems to make best use of our database resource • Develop and issue guidelines and procedures for data use and data requests for all potential customer groups • Monitor database changes over time and profile activity to gauge impact of Direct Marketing activity
Who we're looking for
Minimum of 3-5 years Direct Marketing experience on either agency or client side, in particular campaign planning Experience of building database selections for direct marketing campaigns Familiarity with direct marketing fulfilment briefing Knowledge of data profiling and analysis for direct marketing purposes Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
