Finance Manager

Permanent ⁄ £40000 - £45000

This role will provide you with excellent exposure to the entire business and other business partners, it is a highly engaging role and will require candidates with drive and ambition. Your main responsibilities will include but not me limited to:
• Business Partnering with multiple disciplines and acting as a lead contact for your projects.
• Use financial information to produce detailed business strategies
• Become heavily involved in propositions and presentations to the board
• Understand and be confident in delivering information on business performance

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant to (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/QBE) or equivalent and will ideally have experience in a similar industry with proven Business Partnering experience, especially with non-finance. In addition to this you will:
• An excellent communicator who is comfortable influencing at all levels of the business
• Be an ambitious and pro-active candidate who is either looking to make the step-up to Finance Manager or already performing in the role
• Possess very strong Excel skills
• Be used to working in a business with different cost centres/sites and be comfortable in this environment
