This is a new opportunity for a Fund Learning Manager to join this retail company based in the West Midlands. The main focus of the role will be to take ownership for the company's funded learning strategy and be responsible for all funded learning initiatives.
• Working closely with the Organisational capability managers to define and develop the capability frameworks for employees in order to identify where the funded learning strategy can be integrated.
• Develop a network of local colleges to act as centres of excellence for practical training
• Produce periodic reports to analyse progress made and areas for development.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will currently be working as a Funded Learning Manager with a strong learning and development background, ideally in a retail environment.
