Operations Planning Manager

Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £40000

Within this role, you will be responsible for the following;
• Overall management of the operations planning team, ensuring adherence to all the planning processes and procedures.
• Management of a team of project planners and inventory controllers.
• Leadership and direction of the operations planning team.
• Ensure that planning is aligned with the rest of the project and operations teams.
• Support and develop the planning team from a process point of view.
• Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of the team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
• Experience within an operational supply chain planning management role.
• A technical understanding of manufacturing processes and project pans.
• A proven track record of delivery for business as usual operations and project.
• CIPS would be a distinct advantage.
• Commercial acumen and financial awareness.
• A track record of operational improvement.
• Superb communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
