Store Systems Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- specifying, developing, testing, documenting and implementing solutions to business requirements that affect store systems.
- testing upgrades to store systems.
- 3rd line technical support during working hours as appropriate.
- 2nd line technical support out of hours as required.

Who we're looking for
Knowledge of the following is desirable:
-Retalix StoreLine EPoS system.
-Postillion for Retail and eSocket.POS EFT solution.
-Xcellenet Remoteware polling solution.
-Windows 2000 Server operating system.
-Windows XP embedded or XP Pro operating systems.
-SQL Server 2000 database desirable.
-Terminal Services systems management tool.
The following experience is desirable:
-Working in a project based environment or working as an EPoS support analyst.
-Dealing directly with end users in a retail environment.
-Experience of working closely with third party suppliers.
-Experience of testing critical systems (ideally EPoS systems).
