Interim HR Manager

Temp ⁄ Up to £350 per day

European Interim Human Resources Manager required to join our client in Crawley whilst we search for a permanent appointment. This person will add value to Human Resources efforts by providing a high level of professional HR services to company's foreign operations.

Individual Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and HR advise to employees and management
• Assist management with employee development and strategic planning initiatives.
• Educate managers/supervisors on proper HR procedures for hiring, disciplining and terminating an employee
• Review, guide, and approve management recommendations for employment terminations. Maintains appropriate and accurate documentation
• Coordinate HR procedure training sessions for employees and managers
• Assist with the implementation of Human Resources programs. Monitor administration to established standards and procedures. Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
• Conduct employee investigations when complaints/concerns are brought forth.

Who we're looking for
• International HR experience required.
• Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations.

Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must possess the ability to express ideas clearly
• Must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Multi-lingual a plus
