Store Manager - Oxford Street

Non Food, Non Fashion Retail

Lakeside, Essex

Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £40000

We're looking to recruit managers that ensure that every member of the team works towards exceeding our customers expectations. You'll be responsible for staff scheduling to maximise store sales and peak hours of trading. You will also ensure that each member of your team has a development plan suited to their needs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
You will also need to take responsibility for your own personal development and we'll support you every step of the way with whatever step you want to take next.

Who we're looking for
•Ideally you'll:

• Have Flagship store management experience
• An in depth understanding of P&L
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• A proven Sales record and a strong commercial background
• Be customer focused
• Have a great attention to detail
