Resourcing Manager

As the Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for:
• End to end recruitment cycle of internal and external recruitment - volumes of 50 vacancies plus per month
• Line management of two recruitment coordinators
• The continuous improvement of recruitment processes
• Lead on the design of recruitment campaigns
• Work with senior stakeholders to put in place robust manpower planning strategies
• Deliver cost effective resourcing solutions

Who we're looking for
The successfulResourcing Managermust have proven experience within your of:
• Line managing a team of resourcers
• Promoting resourcing methods; including social media, job boards and online headhunting
• Leading on high profile recruitment campaigns
• Redesigning and continuously improving recruitment processes within a complex environment- with evidence of cost and time savings achieved
• Experience of using a range of resourcing software
• SHL level A&B would be preferable
