The European Transformation Manager, reporting to a European C level exec, will be responsible for delivering a European Transformation Programme comprised of four workstreamswhich are broadly speakingERP, Process Standardisation, Supply Chain & Innovation SS.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate;
• Deep FMCG experience essential (preferably Foods)
• Extensive programme management, change and transformation experience essential.
•Proven track record in operating at 'C' Level.
• Prior experience in managing a pan-European transformation programme, including Supply Chain, Innovation, ERP & Process Standardisation.
