Senior Trainee Recruitment Officer

The overall purpose of the trainee recruitment team is to identify and attract the best talent in the market, through the provision of a cost-effective and innovative recruitment and selection service to local offices. The post holder will be expected to deliver distinctive client service, be responsible for hiring top quality talent and drive the campus and graduate strategy at institutions in their region.

Who we're looking for
• Uses understanding of the graduate market and external network to bring in expertise and create new opportunities for the firm
• Partners with the Brand Senior Officer to drive the trainee marketing strategy across relevant universities and social media
• Manages the graduate strategy; attends and presents at events where required
• Creates and manages relationships at universities e.g. careers services, departments, societies
• Builds and develops relationships with key contacts across peers and the education sector to build market knowledge
• Ensures the right business representatives are sourced, briefed and coached
• Partners with the business to understand recruitment targets. Provides excellent client service through responsiveness and delivery of their needs
• Regional point of contact for offered candidates, maintains contact with ex interns whilst in the final year at university
• Ensures collaboration with all parts of the team, and that application reviews and interviews are managed with quality and speed
• Drives the pipeline for the region and plans assessments and activities accordingly.
