This is a key appointment for the organisation. You will be responsible for a whole host of 'quality' related activities within a shared service environment. Your focus will be on improving transactional processes, training and mentoring a number of business process analysts as well as helping to define, target, track and report on a range of specific quality KPI's.

Who we're looking for
To be successful in your application you must demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Be Six Sigma qualified (Green Belt or higher)
• Have proven practice of six sigma within Financial Services;
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement;
• Strong process mapping experience.
