• SEO Proposition development including:
o Development of the proposition in response to industry and client changes
o Integrating SEO with other core channels such as PPC and Social Media
• Developing the SEO strategy of Summit's current and new client portfolio
• Supporting with business development (including attending and presenting to prospects as required)
• Training internally and externally as required
• Managing, developing and growing the SEO team
• Identifying best in class SEO tools and technologies for the team to use on an ongoing basis
• Providing innovative ideas to feed into our technology roadmap
• Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
Ideally, the candidate will have in delivered successful on page and off page campaigns for large complex retail clients. Evidence of successes with SEO clients will be required along with CV and covering letter of application.
The candidate could be based at either our Yorkshire HQ or London office, but it is expected that their time will be divided between both locations during the working week.

• Used analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics and Google / Bing Webmaster tools
