Interim HR Business Partner

To provide a professional generalist HR service to all departments within the UK and defined business areas across Europe, acting as a pragmatic and solution orientated business partner. This will incorporate organisation design, Resourcing, Employee Relations and Employee Reward as well as providing advice and assistance to relevant management colleagues and staff on Human Resources matters.

Who we're looking for
• To create and manage HR Business Plans, in line with HR policies and procedures in defined business areas, encompassing resourcing, employee relations, performance and development
• Develop and maintain a relationship management style of working with business managers, which provides an opportunity for everyone to be involved and contribute to the Company's plans, policies, objectives and their implementation.
• Develop line managers and two direct reports' HR capability and people management competence, professionalism and consistency of approach.
• To engage with employee representative groups on employment and policy issues
• To advise the business leaders on appropriate HR solutions to ensure employee resources compliment the business plans in a cost effective way including advice and guidance on all performance management issues.
