Interim HR advisor

Temp ⁄ circa £30k pro rata

• To provide a generalist HR service to all people managers within the Contract which comprises of 8 sites located throughout the UK.

• To encourage teamwork within the operational and HR teams and to be an active team member of the wider HR team.

• To operate as a proactive business partner with the senior team and the site management teams providing professional support and guidance to ensure Company/Contract objectives, policies and employment legislative requirements are met.

Who we're looking for
• Breadth of knowledge and business acumen typically obtained with a minimum of 2-3 years experience within the HR function including experience in an operational/ industrial relations environment.
• Experience of working in a multi - site environment.
• Experience in a people management role (e.g. supervisory or management) - Desirable
• As a minimum graduate of the CIPD or equivalent experience
