They are recruiting for a number of senior roles across Leadership and Talent, Organisational Capability, Regional Training Managers and Funded Learning Managers.

Who we're looking for
Michael Page is delighted to be assisting Mitchells & Butlers with recruiting these positions and we welcome any applications from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Proven track record / successful career to date
- Experience gained within commercial customer service led businesses
- High achievers with excellent academics and evidence of winning awards/recognition for their work

Key Areas of experience we are looking for include:
- Creation of Core Soft skills across all levels within organisations
- Design and delivery of Leadership programmes/soft skills and performance management
- Design of Talent and Leadership Frameworks
- Developing relationships with 3rd party providers
- Funded Learning Providers
- Learning and Development Policy development
- Degree qualified or equivalent

These roles will have a requirement to travel to the head office in Birmingham regularly and so candidates need to be prepared to do that.
