Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, this role is responsible for managing Genesis' Business Reporting function, responsible for managing an efficient budget process, producing meaningful reports for the budget holders and leading the Management Accounting team.

- Managing the annual budget process, including setting, monitoring and producing accurate annual forecasts.
- Developing and mentoring the Business Reporting function, providing strong leadership and instilling a customer service culture.
- Implementing new processes and procedures to increase accuracy in forecasting and quality of information provided to the business.
- Responsible for regular reviews with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective management information is produced.

Who we're looking for
You must be a fully qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and experience of delivering a customer focused service. The ideal candidate will be an experienced staff manager, with an ability to influence and advise internal stakeholders. You will have previously implemented new processes to ensure continued improvement and efficiency, and operated in the reporting function of a medium to large business.
