The Digital Marketing Executive will support the delivery of the digital strategy and associated strategic projects / proposition developments aligned to the overall direction of the digital channel. Key accountabilities;
• To support development and delivery of the digital strategy including investigation, analysis and strategic thinking into the current and emerging digital landscape (social media, m-commerce)
• To explore and identify opportunities of strategic business importance for the digital channel
• To liaise with marketing insight teams, external influencers and business intelligence teams to produce and communicate our progress on strategic digital thinking and development.
• To support the digital strategy planning and development process including the delivery of associated activities; market analysis, competitor analysis, investment / business case development, defining business requirements and delivery of change projects.
• To support both strategic digital projects and tactical initiatives in accordance with both the day-to-day demands and the portfolio change plans
• To support the development of annual digital strategic plans and proposition roadmaps including developing portfolio change plans / strategic investment cases
• To support delivery of the required capability for the continual improvement (i.e. sales conversion) of the digital channel including the product activities on the website and new digital propositions that support the requirements of the business.
• To work with key areas within the product area and the e-commerce teams across the group to ensure a joined-up approach to strategic digital thinking, development and execution that positively contributes to the growth and direction of the digital channel.
Who we're looking for
The Digital Marketing Executive will have previous or current experience working in a digital marketing role preferably with m-commerce / e-commerce experience. Key skills;
• Excellent Numerical skills
• Product experience<BR>• Proposition experience (being able to take a business idea through to research & insight)
• Digital web content or research experience
• understanding of the digital landscape including new and emerging digital tools and technologies
