• Direct, control and manage a project's development / operation from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Effectively communicate a project's expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Who we're looking for
Essential:
• Good all round experience in project management
• Application of project methodologies to a wide variety of business / operational scenarios and projects of different size / scale / scope.
• High energy and drive
• Ability to take a lateral, pragmatic and helicopter overview; whilst at the same time maintaining an eye for the detail.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Good communicator, both written and verbal.
• Medium to expert user of MS.Project and MS.Office suite Essential:
• Project management experience in a variety of operational scenarios and projects of different size / scale / scope.
• Wide blend of operational, planning and support experience.
