Commercial Representative

As a Commercial Representativeat BRP, you will be responsible for driving sales throughout the UK and Ireland. The account-base will be mostly specialist motorised recreational product dealerships and you'll look to deliver growth through:
• Implementing the commercial business strategies with the dealer network
• Supporting dealers through promotional & commercial activity
• Achievement of commercial targets for your region, as laid out by the Regional Commercial Manager
• Contribution to, and execution of, the commercial business plan through knowledge of the local market
A field-based role, you will operate across the UK&I, with full commercial responsibility for the growth & development of your region across all relevant product areas. In addition, there will be the requirement to travel internationally to the European HQ.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an imaginative forward-thinker. Commercial acumen and a desire for achieving sales goals are vital. A stand-alone role, you will enjoy the challenge of operating independently & autonomously, with the ability to self-motivate and manage. Flexibility and a willingness to travel/stay-away is essential in this post.
Candidates must have the following profile:
• Similar industry experience within a dealer sales environment
• Excellent customer relations
• Superb communication and presentation skills
• Most importantly, a passion for powersports products
Applicants will be fluent in English, with any further European language skills an advantage.Competent IT/Computer skills are essential as you will fully responsible for the production of Sales presentations to your customers.
