Internal Sales Manager/Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The CRM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the CRM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities:


• Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Client Delivery Director of any problems that may arise.
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
•Manages 20 internal sales executives, ensuring delivery against projected revenue targets.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
• Good knowledge of data mining and ability to use in-house and external data systems.
• Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Client Delivery Director and Sales
• Ability to understand the customers business and what drives their decision making
• Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
• Team Management Builds and maintains a coherent team in line with account requirements
• Help identify future internal leaders by up -skilling/developing identified talent (working alongside HR)

Who we're looking for
• Proven Account Management/Client Relationship Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on facts/figures
• Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
• Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience
