You will manage the Food Service/Food Hall department running the critical part of this customer facing operation, within this large retail environment.

Who we're looking for
You will come from an operational role from retail, food service or hospitality where you have consistently delivered high standards, great customer service and coached/developed your colleagues within a fast moving, high turnover, big shed environment.
