As Reward & Report Partneryou willact as a single point of contact and deliver specific reward and reporting consultancy to the Customer Team business area, working directly with managers at all levels, and the Customer Team People Director team, to determine needs and priorities. To feed the business requirements of the client area into central reward and reporting programmes as well as implement policy and frameworks within their business areas. In addition they may be required to own, deliver and support UK wide initiatives and projects as required. The Reward and Reporting Partner will need to respond to the specific reward and reporting requirements of the Customer Team by creating solutions which meet these needs but fit with overall frameworks and policies.
Who we're looking for
Essential • Proven success in working as a business partner, working with business stakeholders to develop commercial solutions • Strong business and commercial awareness and acumen in order to be a credible partner within their client area • Ability to deal with conflicting objectives and priorities, using strong communication and influencing skills to resolve, often managing upwards • Strong analytical skills • Broad reward expertise covering all areas of base pay, variable pay and benefits, with particular knowledge of Call Centre reward management practices and variable pay frameworks
Desireable: •CIPD qualified • Strong understanding of client area operation and goals • Background in Telecommunications • Internal company knowledge (policies; procedures; strategies); industry background; knowledge of external market • Broad reward expertise covering all areas of base pay, variable pay and benefits, with particular knowledge of Call Centre reward management practices and variable pay frameworks
