We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide cover for a period of 12 months. Ideally CIPD qualified HR generalist you will have substantial experience managing discipline and grievances, absence management, KPI's, KPI and performance analysis and reporting. The role requires someone who is very conversant with all the usual day-to-day operational activity. You will need to be able to hit the ground runningand will be very competent. TUPE and Equality & Diversity experience would be advantageous.
