The role isa simple one,however the challenge of a recruitment consultant is one which requires resilience, confidence and creativitywith a little luck along the way. Our consultants work with a wide range of clients andassistthem in sourcing the very best talent as they grow and develop their operations across the globe.
You will develop relationships with a broad range of companies andunderstand what makes an individual right for each business, both culturally and technically. The role will require a great deal of resilienceas not every client will understand the value you can add to their business, as a consequence you will have to work hard on developing yourpersuasive skills. Our consultants develop long standing relationships with candidates and clients.We work with regional companies understanding their local requirements in addition to working with the worlds most well known brands with global operations.
You will interview candidates, meet with clients, create advertising and be the face of Michael Page. This is a vary varied role which is perfect for individuals who are self starters and need little direction. Individuals who are creative and ambitious thrive in this high paced environment.
