Our Client is looking foran Assistant Project Manager to work within their Healthcare organisation in Central London. You will be working within the HR department, reporting to the HR Services Manager and undertaking an exciting Oracle Fusion Project.
The role will be responsible for develop a 'Proof of Concept' for the new system. It will be moving from Oracle V11 to Oracle HR Fusion (Oracle experience is not essential, but helpful.) You will responsible for managing the everyday running of the project and will be working closely with the organisations partners, stakeholders and team to ensure that deliverables are met within timescales and budgets. You will sit within a team of 5, and have 1 direct report for the duration of the three month contract.
Who we're looking for
Our Client is looking for someone to;
Assist in the planning and delivery of implementing a 'Proof of Concept' for Oracle HR Fusion. You will also be managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring that the project scope meets the needs of HR and the wider business. You will create and deploy a communication plan to keep stakeholders updated, highlighting anyrisks/ issues. You will be working closely with subject specialists to define and document new system requirements, identifying opportunities for workflow systems to replace manual HR processes.
You will ensure effective implementation through communication and training in partnership with world renowned agencies and ensure that User Acceptance Testing is conducted in a timely manner, developing test scripts as appropriate. You will support the identification of project relates and wider organisational risks to ensure they are owned by the relevant department and appropriately mitigated.
You will;
Have lead small/ medium projects, worked across multiple projects, have experience delivering HR or Systems Projects (ideally Oracle HR) including self service functionality at super user level. You will be able to network and build stakeholder relationships in a challenging environment and be able to write test scripts for use in UAT. You will have be accurate and pay attention to detail and have a demonstrable use of reporting tools, (Business Objects, SQL/Olap Reporting,) and collate statistical information from data
