This position is for a fixed term contract up to 12 months for maternity cover As an integral member of the HR function the HR Delivery Manager will provide a comprehensive HR Service to the business on the complete range of operational HR activities and implementation of HR strategy and will be required to cover the South East.
Key responsibilities include: • Contribute to the development of a strong client relationship between HR and the business through the provision of professional and commercially focused advice to line management. • Provide professional support and guidance to line management through demonstrating proficiency in a broad range of discipline. • Deliver a day-to-day HR operational service for line managers on all aspects of HR activity, policy, and procedure. Undertakes employee counselling where appropriate. • Interpret and advise upon UK/EC legislation and application of best practice in Human Resources supporting the introduction of change and a positive employee relations climate. • Implement and maintain Service Level Agreements as agreed between the business and HR, ensuring the service provided is relevant and timely. • Contribute to the development of, and manages the delivery of specific HR projects, policies and processes developed by the Professional Services Streams and HR Business Partners in accordance with business specifications. • Identify emerging risks within the business. • Assist HR Business Partners in assessing the implementation of HR Strategy for the business through continuous evaluation of business objectives across brands.
