Temp ⁄ 9 month FTC, £35,000 - £38,000 pro rata

As an HR Generalist, you will work with relevant business areas to ensureyou enhance support on business activities. You will be involved in high volume ER casework, Disciplinary and grievances and other generalist responsibilities, as well asgiving general advice on practical implementation of policies and procedures, and well as ensuring operational compliance with legal and social obligations.

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience of a high volume of casework, including disciplinary and grievances.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and how to apply it within a business context
• Experience of the strategic, commercial or internal political aspects of complex HR issues
• Demonstrable experience of business partnering and operating as a HR professional in a fast paced, challenging, commercial environment
• Ideally Graduate of CIPD or withequivalent experience from an IT background
• Provide strategic support to relevant business areas and ensure that the people strategy is aligned correctly to business goals.
